I just read this. I really don’t know what to say. I like Joe Thornton, and he should be the prototypical Bruin. I guess it just never panned out for either side. Good luck in San Jose Joe.

If waiving Colton Orr was enough reason for some of you to stop watching the Bruins, I can only imagine what losing Thornton will mean to most Bruins fans.
And, it might not be over yet. I’m guessing this means that still more moves are on the way.
